Job summary

A leading events agency in the UK is seeking a passionate Talent Development Manager to join its People & Culture team. This role focuses on designing impactful learning experiences and embedding a culture of continuous development throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in learning & development, strong strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills. This position offers a hybrid working model with collaborative office attendance once a week.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, talent management, or HR.

  • Create a talent development strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of training programmes.
  • Support employees in creating personalised career development plans.
  • Manage the training and development budget effectively.
