This role focuses on designing impactful learning experiences and embedding a culture of continuous development throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in learning & development, strong strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills. This position offers a hybrid working model with collaborative office attendance once a week.
