A leading construction company in London is seeking an L&D Manager to drive talent development and employee competencies. You will lead the implementation of learning initiatives, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure compliance with training programs. As the L&D Manager you will deliver learning and development initiatives that drive talent development, employee competencies and organisational performance. To partner with Operating Unit leadership, project directors and line managers to embed a culture of continuous learning and development aligned with Skanska’s values.
