We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to help build capability across our rapidly growing hybrid workforce, supporting both office-based and field teams.
This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You might be supporting teams with L&D queries one day and enhancing how we use our Learning Management System (LMS) to track skills and compliance the next. A key focus will be LMS administration, including centralising certifications, monitoring mandatory training, and helping shape our evolving skills framework.
You’ll also support wider L&D initiatives such as content creation, improving learning journeys, and managing development allowance requests. If you enjoy variety, working with people, solving problems, and are looking for an opportunity to develop in the L&D space, this could be a great fit for you.
We’re looking for an organised, people-focused learning professional who enjoys variety and takes pride in completing high-quality administration and providing outstanding support. You’ll be comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment, and thrive while building strong relationships across the business. With a practical, solution-focused approach, you’re confident balancing your time spent on systems and administration to support a growing organisation.
Essentials:
If you don’t meet every single requirement, please don’t let that stop you from applying. We’re always keen to hear from people who are motivated to grow and develop in the areas they need.
This is a hybrid role, with most work completed from home. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently while staying connected with the team remotely. You’ll spend one day a week in our Chippenham office, with occasional travel to our sites in Lincoln, Kent, and Ringwood. Some travel may include overnight stays.
We offer both formal and informal flexible working options. Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. The office is fully accessible, allowing everyone to participate fully in their working lives regardless of any mobility challenges. We promote work‑life balance and flexibility through hybrid working, which combines both remote and office work.
