Overview

Learning & Development Business Partner – Location: Home-based with travel to Guildford and London offices. Department: Operations. Salary: £33,256 - £36,952. Hours: 37.5. Contract Type: Permanent.

Role summary

As their Learning and Development Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding a culture of continuous learning and growth across the organisation. This role partners closely with leaders, teams, and the People & Culture function to design and deliver impactful L&D interventions that drive growth, support organisational goals, and empower individuals to take ownership of their development.
