A children's services provider in the UK is seeking an enthusiastic training professional to deliver impactful training to social workers and foster carers. Candidates should possess strong reflective and interpersonal skills, experience in training, and a solid understanding of fostering regulations. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person to join our Learning and Development team, on a full-time basis. Working collaboratively with all stakeholders, you will have strong reflective skills, be knowledgeable and personable; you will strive to ensure that the children and young people in our care reach their full potential through providing effective training to foster carers, social workers and many more developing skills and competencies. You will work across the East, including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, North East London and parts of Kent, as well as meetings in our Syston office, allowing for significant collaborative working. This may at times require overnight stays. We are looking for a committed social work trainer who would like to work within a children’s service offering fostering, residential and education services to children and young people.
