Overview

Learning and Development Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the Learning and Organisational Development Manager, you’ll support the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives and projects that develop our leaders, strengthen talent, enhance culture, and provide bespoke learning opportunities and programmes. You’ll design and deliver impactful, high-quality learning solutions aligned with our strategic goals, working closely with colleagues across the University.

  • Work closely with colleagues across the University to ensure learning solutions are impactful and aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Be proactive, relationship-focused, and committed to continuous improvement as a member of the People and Organisational Development Team.
