Learning and Development Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the Learning and Organisational Development Manager, you’ll support the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives and projects that develop our leaders, strengthen talent, enhance culture, and provide bespoke learning opportunities and programmes. You’ll design and deliver impactful, high-quality learning solutions aligned with our strategic goals, working closely with colleagues across the University.
As a key member of the People and Organisational Development Team, you’ll be proactive, relationship-focused, and committed to continuous improvement, bringing experience in learning and development and a passion for helping people and teams thrive.
