Job Title: Learning and Development Advisor
Location: Barrow-In-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - pleasespeakto your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £42,215 + dependant on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
  • Work with stakeholders to drive and execute learning programmes which deliver skills strategies to time, cost and quality
  • Liaise across the business to support the development of SQEP in line with BAE's Future Workforce Strategy
  • Support the development and maintenance of Learning & Development (L&D) governance policy and process
  • Provide support to drive learning quality and assurance activity in Submarines
  • Analyse and interpret complex data and make recommendations to improve the workforces skills and experience
  • Produce reports and insights that meet customer and internal needs

The Academy Team:

This is an exciting time to join our growing Learning & Development team. Working in the Submarines Academy for Skills and Knowledge (SASK), we strive to be at the forefront of learning and technology. This role will focus on the delivery of L&D quality and governance and partnering with business and HR representatives supporting the end-to-end delivery of skills strategies through learning. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
