A leader in aerospace innovation in East Cowes seeks a Lean Deployment Leader to drive Lean transformations across their manufacturing site. This role involves coaching leadership teams, implementing Lean practices, and ensuring a high level of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean methodologies and stakeholder management, with a degree in business or a related field being desirable.

Job SummaryJoining our Continuous Improvement Team based at our East Cowes site on the Isle of Wight; the Lean Deployment Leader will report into our Site Lean Deployment Director and work across both our Civil and Defence business lines.
The Lean Deployment Leader will be a Lean Thinker with a very high level of expertise in Business Transformation. They will play a central role in developing the site into a Lean enterprise based upon GKN Aerospace’s Lean Operating Model. They will lead, coach and influence their site’s Leadership Team, ensuring rigour and fidelity to the Lean Deployment roadmap.
