• Extensive experience of working in a production environment.
• Proven hands-on experience and proficiency in value stream mapping.
• Strong project management skills.
• Data driven with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI plans to streamline operations.
• Work with management to identify necessary resource changes.
• Utilize MRP system data effectively for CI initiatives.
• Identify training needs for problem solving and CI tools.
• Produce monthly KPI statistics.
