We're seeking a dynamic Leadership Development Manager to shape the future of leadership at Ocado Logistics. In this role, you will design and deliver a comprehensive leadership development strategy that empowers leaders and strengthens capabilities at every level - helping them grow, perform, and make a meaningful impact across our complex, diverse organisation of 16,000+ colleagues, spanning frontline, operational, and corporate leadership populations.
Reporting to the Head of People Experience, you'll operate at both a strategic and practical level - setting a clear leadership development direction while closely designing, facilitating, and embedding high-quality interventions and programmes of work. Collaborating with senior leaders, people partners, and specialists across People Experience, you'll translate organisational priorities into commercially relevant, operationally grounded leadership programmes aligned to Ocado Logistics' culture and future ambitions.
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced leadership development professional with a strong track record of designing and delivering leadership development programmes in complex, diverse organisations, including those with large front-line populations. You will have experience building programmes from inception, shaping initiatives that engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
