Role: Leadership Coach (Management Coach) – BPP

Location: Manchester - Hybrid

In this role, you'll coach, mentor, and support management apprentices, helping them build the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to complete their apprenticeship successfully.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and support management apprentices to help them complete their apprenticeship successfully.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Management & Leadership qualification.
• Coaching/mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of apprenticeships is desirable, but not essential.
