Qualifications

• Previous experience in Workshop/Technician management or similar is essential.
• Experience within the motor/automotive industry is required.
• Good stakeholder and customer management skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflow for a safe and efficient workshop operation.
• Lead a team of Technicians and oversee daily processing of work.
• Control management of aged WIP to meet customer SLA's.
