A thriving first opinion practice in Leicestershire is searching for an inspiring Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will be a confident and capable clinician who thrives on supporting others, leading with clarity and empathy, and maintaining exceptional standards of patient care and client service. They will play a key role in ensuring clinical governance, delivering high quality decision making, interpreting diagnostics confidently, and upholding best practice across the team. Working closely with the Practice Manager, they will help shape rota planning, promote wellbeing, support operational decisions, and nurture a positive, collaborative team culture.
