We are seeking a Lead Technician - Hair & Beauty to manage and coordinate our technical operations across both campuses. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong organisational and leadership skills.
Lead and support Hair & Beauty Technicians across Cambridge and Huntingdon.
Oversee stock control, kit distribution, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
Manage financial administration for salon operations, including budget control.
Support teaching staff with technical assistance and demonstrations.
Organise competitions, events, and open evenings.
A level 3 qualification in Hair or Beauty or substantial industry experience.
Experience in health & safety management within salons.
Strong organisational and IT skills, including booking systems.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work one evening per week and occasional weekends for events.
