An educational institution in Manchester is seeking a Lead Technician (Theatre and Events) to join their dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will plan, operate, and maintain theatre and event technologies ensuring high standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating technical aspects of events, supervising staff, and maintaining equipment. Join the dynamic team at Arden School of Theatre as our Lead Technician, responsible for planning, operating and maintaining theatre and event technologies. This hands‑on role requires strong expertise in lighting, sound, staging and venue operations, and the ability to oversee technical setups, supervise technicians and ensure all spaces and equipment meet the highest standard.
Permanent full‑time (35 hours per week) based at the City Campus Manchester. The role may also require off‑site events.
