An exciting opportunity has arisen at Maltby Academy for an exceptional Lead Teaching Assistant to work with an experienced and highly motivated team of professionals with the academy’s REACH department.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and talented professional to work closely across Key Stage 3 & 4 with students who may have specific learning needs or social, emotional, and mental health and / or engagement individual needs. The colleague appointed will work within the school’s REACH department. This may include general classroom and pastoral support for various curriculum programmes and guide students via interventions to overcome barriers to learning in order for them to enjoy learning and achieve their full potential.
