• Package: £75,000 + benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing architectural leadership across multiple projects to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
• Acting as the design authority, overseeing reviews and ensuring compliance with principles and security policies.
• Driving integration of new and existing systems into a cohesive technology landscape.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solution designs.
• Mentoring architects and technical leads, embedding best practice across teams.
• Developing and maintaining domain reference architectures and design standards.
• Leading discovery sessions and concept architecture work for key initiatives.

Main Skills Needed

• Proven experience in solution architecture across complex, multi-system environments.
• Strong knowledge of integration, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Ability to lead governance, influence technical direction, and manage trade-offs effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL, BCS) would be advantageous.
