Our site reliability engineers (SREs) empower users with high availability, stellar performance, and rich features to pursue their goals.

About the role

This hands-on role involves working as part of the Software Engineering team. You will manage the SRE function daily, collaborating with the Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams to develop solutions and enhance user experience.

The successful candidate will lead our strategic approach to software and service maturity, security, performance, and scalability across cloud infrastructure, with a high degree of autonomy to shape the team’s future using your expertise in:

  • Site Reliability Engineering/DevOps/Infrastructure/Platform management
  • API development and deployment using containerized environments like Kubernetes
  • Implementing and enhancing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in an agile environment
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members
  • AWS services such as IAM, S3, EKS, Networking
  • CloudFormation/CDK
  • Experience with serverless computing
