• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in automotive seating systems or interior engineering.
• Strong understanding of occupant safety, ergonomics, and comfort engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities for seating systems including structures, mechanisms, and electronics.
• Collaborate closely with Studio Design, Safety, and Quality teams.
• Manage technical discussions with Tier 1 suppliers.
