• Significant experience as a Science Technician with supervisory or senior capacity.
• Expert knowledge of CLEAPSS procedures and statutory safety requirements.
• Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and organise staff rotas effectively.
• Strong organisational skills for high-level stock and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of two subject-specific technicians managing the Science laboratories.
• Oversee stock control and budget input, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure seamless practical support for all key stages, especially A-Level.
• Coordinate with the Head of Science on strategic resource planning.
