Qualifications

  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Relevant experience in community care and expertise in mental health.
  • Understanding of clinical risk assessment and management.
  • Experience of supervising/managing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care for patients with severe mental health diagnoses.
  • Engage and offer treatment to a caseload of patients.
  • Assess and plan treatment with service users.
  • Assess and manage risk, including use of Safeguarding processes.

Skills

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
IT literacy
Ability to work collaboratively

Education

Registered Professional Qualification (Mental Health Nurse)
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) portfolio
