Qualifications

• Valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as Registered General Nurse (RGN), Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with their mobility.
• Experience with mental health and complex care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure medication administration and care planning are followed.
• Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents.
• Liaise with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
