Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in running own projects in quantity surveying or project management.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a range of construction projects and supervise the work of assistants.
• Act as the principal point of contact for project clients.
• Deliver QS / PM services on all projects.

Education
