Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX / FILEX with strong experience in Landlord & Tenant work.
• Experience with long leasehold enforcement work and managing complex disputes.
• Ability to oversee and lead a specialized team of lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a specialist team of Residential Landlord & Tenant lawyers.
• Provide complex advice to clients on various property management disputes.
• Handle cases within all levels of the Court and Tribunal – Property Chamber.
