Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience managing a small commercial team.
• Familiarity with monitoring, variation management, and payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the commercial requirements for a high value fit out project.
• Support the SQS when required.
• Draft and award JCT contracts to subcontractors.
• Manage live project costs post contract.
• Monitor subcontract packages.
