Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a technical environment.

  • Lead the entire Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) process with rigor and consistency.

Job Description

This is a senior leadership role where your influence will span strategy, product performance, team development, and bringing groundbreaking products to life.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Vision
  • Define long-term product vision, goals, and roadmaps across multiple products.
  • Lead the entire Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) process with rigor and consistency.
Innovation and Market Impact
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and drive disruptive innovation.
  • Balance technical feasibility with customer needs and commercial value.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire Product Managers and Technical Product Managers.
  • Partner effectively with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Regional Sales Managers, and other ELW teams.
Customer-Centric Focus
  • Stay close to customer needs through direct feedback and market insights.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure continuous improvement post-launch.
Execution and Delivery
  • Oversee product launches, positioning, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Monitor performance using KPIs and guide data‑driven decision‑making.
Financial and Operational Excellence
  • Manage cost targets, pricing input, and design-to-cost efforts with cross-functional partners.
  • Balance risks, prioritise initiatives, and ensure commercial success.
Stakeholder Influence
  • Communicate progress, strategy, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Champion alignment across teams to secure buy‑in and accelerate delivery.
Travel
  • Occasional solo travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and commercial training.
Qualifications

General requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience with technical products.
  • MBA or advanced degree (desirable)
  • Experience in Product Management within a technical environment.
