Lowton Church of England High School (Newton Road Lowton Warrington WA3 1DU) is recruiting a Lead Practitioner of Mathematics for a full‑time, permanent position at Leadership Pay Scale L1‑L5.
As Lead Practitioner, you will play a central role in shaping the quality of teaching and learning within the mathematics department and across the whole school. You will work closely with the Head of Department, second in Department and the Extended Leadership Team to drive improvement, model exemplary classroom practice and support colleagues to deliver consistently high‑quality, aspirational lessons.

You will be an experienced teacher with a deep love of mathematics, a proven track record of raising achievement across both key stages, and a demonstrated ability to develop a love of mathematics in young people.
