Overview

Are you passionate about supporting pupils through key educational transitions and enriching their school experience? St Ignatius College, a friendly, dynamic, and outstanding Catholic secondary school in Enfield, is seeking a talented Lead Practitioner for Transition and Extra Curricular to join our Extended Leadership Team.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition of Key Stage 2 pupils into Key Stage 3, working closely with primary schools, parents, and staff to ensure every child is welcomed and supported as they join us. You\'ll also have whole-school responsibility for leading and developing our extracurricular programme, ensuring it is broad, inclusive, and engaging for all pupils.
