A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a motivated pharmacist to join their Asthma & Pharmacy Specialist Medicine Team. This role involves managing a high-quality pharmacy service for asthma patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring appropriate funding for high-cost drugs. Candidates should possess a Masters in Pharmacy, relevant clinical qualifications, and strong communication skills. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive salary and benefits.
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and forward-thinking pharmacist to join our Asthma & Pharmacy Specialist Medicine Team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
The team provides clinical pharmacy services across several specialties within the Specialist Medicine directorates. This is a split role, three days funded by the asthma service where you will work with the asthma MDT including running a pre-biologic asthma adherence check clinic and two days in the pharmacy specialist medicine team.
We are looking for a self-motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be confident working with a wide range of healthcare professionals and comfortable using various IT systems and databases.
There may be flexibility to reduce the hours on the pharmacy days for the right candidate.
