Job summary

Job description

  • Lead complex ER cases including absence, grievance, disciplinary, and capability matters
  • Advise and coach managers through sensitive or high-risk situations, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice
  • Use HR data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support policy development and review, ensuring alignment with legislation and Cora Health values
  • Deliver manager training and share case learnings to build confidence and capability
  • Support projects including TUPE, change management, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Payroll, Recruitment, L&D, and Operations to deliver a seamless People service
  • You'll join a supportive, close-knit People Team - a brilliant bunch who roll up their sleeves, share ideas, and have plenty of fun along the way.
