Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in ophthalmic diagnostic imaging is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage own caseload and prioritize urgent referrals.
  • Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on Technician‑led Ophthalmology service and deliver diagnostic services.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team for patient assessment.
  • Manage own patient caseload, prioritizing and accepting urgent referrals.
  • Ensure courteous reception of patients and cater to cultural differences.
  • Undertake clerical and administrative duties for effective service running.
  • Provide sessions at Community Clinics.
