Job summary

A major cancer research organization in Manchester is looking for a Clinical Research Nurse to join their Renal and Oesophagogastric Research team. The role involves coordinating clinical trials, managing patient care, and working with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should have experience in oncology and clinical research, with a desire to support cancer patients in clinical trials. Full-time and part-time options are available.

Qualifications

  • Registered General Nurse, currently registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
  • Experience of oncology nursing.
  • Experience of working in a clinical research environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work autonomously on clinical research protocols.
  • Ensure permissions for patient recruitment are in place.
  • Support patients during clinical trials.

Education

First Degree or relevant clinical experience
Post-graduate qualification in oncology and/or clinical research
