A leading healthcare provider in Long Eaton is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their Derbyshire Early Intervention in Psychosis Service. In this role, you will manage a caseload and work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide support and interventions for individuals aged 14-64 experiencing their first episode of psychosis. The Derbyshire Early Intervention in Psychosis Service supports people aged 14-64 in the Derby area. The multi-disciplinary team includes Lead Mental Health Nurses, Senior Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Therapists, Consultant Psychiatrists, Mental Health Practitioners, Peer Support Workers, Community Support Workers, Youth & Community Workers and Team Administrators. The team works together to achieve the best outcomes for the person and their family/social network using evidence-based interventions. The service adopts a 'family first' and biopsychosocial approach to care and supports people into education, training, volunteering and employment, social groups/activities and physical health outcomes for holistic care. There are opportunities for further training and development within the role.
