Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Nurse who will help us make a difference, supporting adults with profound disabilities at our home in Hastings. You will be a qualified nurse with a current registration and experience in a home care setting. You will need a good eye for detail, be confident with care plans and clinical paperwork and enjoying working with others to lead in making sure clinical and social care needs are planned, recorded, and updated. You will also work one day a week in the role of nurse, leading a team to deliver excellent, person-centred care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead in ensuring clinical and social care needs are planned, recorded, and updated.
  • Lead a team to deliver excellent, person-centred care while also performing one day per week as the nurse.
  • Provide clinical-based support to the management team and support and guide the nurse team.
Requirements
  • Qualified nurse with a current registration and experience in a home care setting.
  • Good eye for detail; confident with care plans and clinical paperwork.
  • Enjoy working with others to lead in planning and recording care needs.
  • All applicants must be 18 years or over and have the right to work in the UK; we are unable to offer sponsorship.
  • A reasonable standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
Hours & Salary

Hours of work will be 34.5 hours per week. This will consist of working one long day on shift as a nurse and three seven-hour admin shifts. Days and times to be agreed with the management team, and according to the needs of the rota.

Salary £20.76 per hour.
