• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role across multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, BMS, and mechanical systems.
• Experience using CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of mechanical PPM and minor works across the site.
• Ensure compliance with AWSL safety rules, policies, and permit systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team and client.

Education

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Building Services
