Job summary

A leading environmental consultancy in the UK seeks an experienced individual to join their Marine Ecology team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) with a focus on marine ornithology. The role includes managing technical inputs and supporting the development of in-house capabilities in ornithological assessments. Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in offshore wind, oil and gas decommissioning, CCS, renewables, and marine aggregates.
  • Strong scientific understanding and a track record of marine ornithology and associated impact assessments.
  • Experience with public speaking and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality EIA reports and provide specialist advice.
  • Manage technical inputs to PEIRs and EIAs from subcontractors.
  • Support development of in-house capabilities in ornithology assessments.
