  • Deliver technical leadership for projects and transitions, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

  • Lead teams to implement engineering changes and support product lifecycle activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality systems, including risk management

  • Contribute to achieving operational goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
The Successful Applicant

You will be an experienced Manufacturing/Project/Process Engineer, from a Manufacturing background, along with:

  • A recognised qualification in Engineering
  • Skilled in techniques including FMEA, tolerance analysis, and configuration control
  • Knowledge of CAD, PLM systems, and validation activities for engineering change
  • Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams in a regulated environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to implementing solutions
