Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Weight & Balance and/or Load Control.
• Strong understanding of weight and balance principles.
• Good understanding of Ground Operations and turnaround processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Centralised Load Control team.
• Oversee load control and dispatch activities.
• Monitor airport and operational performance through audits.
• Manage staff training, competency assessments, and development.
• Provide operational support to the ICC using weight management techniques.
• Ensure proactive and efficient load planning.
