Qualifications

• Proven experience in property surveys with a Registered Social Landlord or comparable organization.
• Demonstrated experience in line management of surveying teams.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in housing and property management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Property Condition Surveyors.
• Oversee delivery of comprehensive stock condition surveys.
• Ensure data quality through training and validation processes.
• Collect and analyze energy efficiency data.
