• Experience in Grounds Maintenance essential.
• Confident with good people management skills.
• Adaptable with a strong work ethic.
• Experienced using small engine machinery.
• Must have a full, clean driving licence.
• PA1 & PA6 desirable.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
• Reliable and conscientious worker.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Supervisor in delivering maintenance.
• Handling on-site responsibilities including timekeeping.
• Leading and motivating the team.
• Operating machinery and vehicles safely.
• Undertaking additional duties as required.
