A prominent community health service provider in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Family Nurse to join their dynamic team. This role involves delivering the Family Nurse Partnership programme to vulnerable young families, requiring strong community nursing skills and a background in safeguarding children. Qualifications

• Significant community nursing/midwifery experience is required.
• Knowledge of current public health agenda, particularly the Healthy Child Programme.
• Sound knowledge and experience of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the FNP intensive home visiting programme to vulnerable young women.
