Job summary

A leading energy organization is seeking a Senior Electrical Technician in Culham, Oxfordshire. You will lead wiring, testing, and commissioning of advanced electromechanical systems, while also supervising technician teams. The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent, along with skills in fault diagnosis and compliance with wiring regulations. Qualifications

  • Relevant engineering degree, HND or HNC and/or apprenticeship with significant industry experience.
  • Qualified to the current BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
  • Ability to understand and work from drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead wiring, testing, and commissioning of circuits and equipment for remote handling systems.
  • Supervise maintenance activities and fault finding for electrical systems.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
