What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support a team of experienced electrical technicians, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Oversee electrical site services, including HV switchgear and distribution systems.
  • Drive improvement programs for aging equipment and manage electrical projects from specification to delivery.
  • Implement lean and continuous improvement strategies to enhance performance and sustainability.
  • Take responsibility for coordinating activities across shift patterns and supporting technician development.
You are the right fit if you have/are:
  • Degree or HNC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands‑on maintenance experience and strong knowledge of electrical control principles.
  • Familiarity with BS7671 - 18th Edition and PLC systems (Allen Bradley or Siemens preferred).
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, heavy industrial environment with AC/DC drives and automation systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
