Responsibilities

  • Assist employees with questions and resolve technical work problems.
  • Provide training as needed, appraise employee performance, reward and discipline when warranted, and address complaints and resolve issues.
  • Assist the Service Manager in screening candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring.
  • Help technicians develop their skills and ensure they receive appropriate manufacturer’s training.
  • Greet customers and communicate clearly and professionally about any changes in repairs that could affect cost or delivery.
  • Perform diagnostic and documentation functions on the company computer system.
  • Schedule repair work and assign technicians to tasks matching their skill levels to ensure quality.

Basic Qualifications
