Overview

Software Engineering Lead - SC clearance required - Remote with travel to Bristol for team meetings one day every other week. Initially until end of December with extension potential. 550 - 600 per day inside IR35.

Responsibilities

• Apply sound judgment to make technical decisions.
• Drive improvements in system documentation, team processes, and overall developer experience.
• Deliver direct, constructive feedback to foster individual and team growth.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership with experience guiding a team through complex technical challenges.
• Experience with Node.js, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, npm, AWS, Jenkins, Terraform, and PostgreSQL is ideal, but strong candidates with adjacent skill sets will be considered. The technical stack is flexible for the right person.
• Active SC level security clearance is required.
