We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Lead Clinician to join our dedicated team at Manor Wood School, set in the vibrant city of Bristol. What you will do:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans
• Hold a caseload in conjunction with other clinicians, with full support from an experienced Clinical Team
• Engage in staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
• Collaborate with the team to expand clinical provision and implement therapeutic approaches
• Manage your workload effectively while making impactful decisions

Who We Are Looking For:

A Lead Clinician who has a Degree or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a Doctorate in Psychology, and is registered with the HCPC and their own professional body. Experience working with intellectual disabilities and/or autism is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflicts sensitively.
