Job summary

A healthcare trust in the UK is seeking a newly qualified pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical services across various clinical specialties. The ideal candidate will be a GPhC registered pharmacist with excellent communication skills, capable of working in multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include contributing to ward commitments and gaining leadership experience through team coordination. Qualifications

  • Completed 1 year's pre-registration training.
  • Further post-registration experience in a hospital setting.
  • Sound clinical knowledge displayed at application and interview.
  • Further post-graduate clinical qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality pharmaceutical services to key areas on rotation.
  • Contribute to core ward commitments including weekend and on call services.
  • Gain leadership skills by coordinating specific teams of the clinical pharmacy service.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and independently
Shows insight and sound judgement
Ability to make decisions and prioritise under pressure

Education

Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council
Evidence of further clinical pharmacy qualifications
