Lead C# / .NET Software Engineer, SaaS, Hands-on engineering role with proven ability to mentor, lead technically, and develop a team. Mainly backend focus with full stack capabilities. Cloud skills required (ideally AWS, Azure acceptable).

Location: Home Based

Salary: c £75,000 - 80,000 + benefits

My client is a software product company building an innovative SaaS product. As they grow, they seek a hands-on Lead Software Engineer with strong C#/ .NET skills and proven leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and collaboration. Using agile methodologies, you will develop high-quality software bi-weekly, focusing on scalability, robustness, and continuous improvement.

Working with Product Owners, Project Managers, and fellow Lead Software Engineers, you will contribute to product development. Key responsibilities include:

1. Hands-on coding with excellent C# / .NET expertise.
