Qualifications

• Extensive experience working in a professional kitchen.

• Strong knowledge of food handling, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• EU passport holder.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, cooking and service of all breakfast dishes.
• Support lunch service and club events when needed.
• Cook and present dishes to high standards.
• Manage costs and control waste.
