Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy.
• Experience in antimicrobial stewardship and infection control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clinical service to the wards and discharge.
• Attend AMS clinical ward rounds.
• Record clinical interventions and activities.
• Provide specialist pharmaceutical information and advice.
• Promote the safe, appropriate and economic use of drugs.
• Counsel and advise patients on medicines.
• Participate in emergency On-call Pharmacist rota.
• Support the Trust Medication Safety Officer.
• Monitor safe storage of medication.
• Supervise trainee pharmacists and technicians.
• Manage staff operations.
